Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany from Monday to Friday. On public holidays in Bavaria, orders will be processed on the next working day.

International Deliveries
International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and handling fees depending on the destination country. These charges may be collected by the shipping provider or the relevant authorities.
Switzerland
Orders shipped to Switzerland do not include Swiss VAT. The applicable import VAT and any handling fees will be charged separately by the shipping provider.
Since January 1, 2024, Switzerland has generally abolished import duties on industrial products. Import VAT and potential handling fees remain applicable.
United Kingdom
Deliveries to the United Kingdom are subject to an additional 20% import VAT and customs duties of approximately 12%. These charges are not included in the displayed purchase price.
Once your order has arrived in the United Kingdom, our shipping partner DHL Express will inform you about the applicable charges and the convenient payment process.
