A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a ‘consumer’ is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Premley Fashion GmbH, St.-Ottilien-Weg 11, 85630 Grasbrunn, Germany, Tel.: 08106 3778833, email: info@premley.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us, cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.
Returns must be sent exclusively to the following address:
LOGITEX GmbH, c/o Toni Sailer Returns, Handwerkerstraße 6, 83139 Söchtenau, Germany.
The deadline is met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
General information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please return the goods to us at your own expense.
3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
B. Electronic cancellation button
You also have the option of cancelling your contract electronically via the ‘Cancellation button’ provided in our online shop.
Electronic withdrawal takes place via a two-step procedure as required by law. After initiating the withdrawal via the withdrawal button (‘Withdraw from contract’), you will be asked to enter the details required for the withdrawal and then to expressly confirm your decision (‘Confirm withdrawal’).
Once the process is complete, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your notice of withdrawal on a durable medium.
This notice supplements the withdrawal policy and describes solely the additional option of exercising the right of withdrawal electronically.
