Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about shopping at TONI SAILER. Whether it's invoicing, shipping, delivery times or processing via third-party providers, we give you a quick overview of the most important topics.

Please note that individual details may vary depending on the order, country of delivery or partner. For binding details, we recommend that you check the information in your order confirmation and in your customer account.

Shipping

Switzerland
Please note that the price and delivery do not include tax, which will be charged to you by our shipping service provider.
As soon as your parcel arrives in Switzerland, you will receive a notification requesting payment. Since 01.01.2024, Switzerland no longer levies import duties on industrial products.

United Kingdom
Please note that the price and delivery does not include tax (20% VAT), this will be charged to you by our shipping service provider.
Once your parcel has arrived in the UK, you will receive a notification requesting payment. Deliveries to the UK are also subject to import duties (approx. 12%) due to Brexit, which are determined by the destination country.

If you have further information about your country's guidelines, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery is possible for the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, United Kingdom, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus

Please note: Orders can only be placed in countries where the online store is available.

Products ordered on the website will only be shipped from Germany.

Customers from the USA can order via our second online store www.tonisailer.us.

Since Brexit, import fees and customs duties have been incurred for deliveries to the UK.

We point out these additional costs several times on our website.

There are now two options: You pay the import charges and the parcel is delivered to you immediately or you notify DHL that you refuse to accept the delivery, so your parcel will be returned to us at your expense.

After your parcel has been handed over to DHL ready for dispatch, you will receive a separate emailwith the shipping confirmation. There you will find the tracking number and the direct link to track your shipment.

If you have made a mistake when entering your address, please let us know as soon as possible. (info@premley.com) Because we can change the address up to a certain point in the process. However, please note that it is not possible to change your address after the order has already been packed or shipped.

If you want to make an address change after the order has already been shipped, we recommend that you contact the shipping service provider. They may be able to help you change the delivery address.

Orders

You will find your invoice in the package in an invoice envelope, including a return slip.

  • Credit card (VISA / MasterCard / American Express) - The amount will be charged to your credit card as soon as the data has been checked and the goods have been dispatched.
  • PayPal/PayPal Express - You will be forwarded directly to PayPal to log in as an existing PayPal account holder with your user data and make the payment. New PayPal customers can start the registration process there directly.
  • Sofortüberweisung - No need to enter long card numbers. No opening of an account. And therefore no storage of customer data. Pay for your purchase directly after completing your order using your usual online banking details - simply secure!
  • Express Checkout via Google Pay/Shop Pay - An accelerated checkout that allows you to save your e-mail address, credit card details and delivery and billing information for quick and easy payment

As soon as you confirm your online purchase, we start preparing the order to ensure timely delivery.

An order can only be canceled before the package is ready for shipment. If you wish to cancel an order or an item, please contact our customer service (info@premley.com) so that we can check whether it is still possible to cancel.

To determine why your payment was declined, consider the following and contact your bank for more information if necessary:

Has the credit limit been exceeded?
Have you entered your credit card number, credit card expiration date, billing address and phone number correctly in My Account?

We're sorry, but if your order is still not approved, try again with a different payment method.

If you have a complaint about an item that you purchased from a retailer, please contact the relevant store, as they are legally and contractually responsible for complaints of all kinds.

If you have a complaint about an item you purchased directly online in our webshop, please send us an e-mail (info@premley.com) with the following information:
item number/style number (located inside on the label, starting with TS), order number, photos of the problem and your full name. We will carefully review your complaint and see how we can help you.

Return & Refund

If you wish to exchange an item, please order it again using the normal ordering process via our online store. The return will be refunded accordingly. Please always enclose the return slip inside the package with the return. Upon receipt of your return, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

If you do not like one or more items from your order or they do not fit, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the package. Please note that the items must be unworn or unused and in perfect condition.

For your return, we ask that you always fill out the enclosed return slip and place it in the package so that we can process your return more quickly.

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Since you did not purchase the items directly from us but from a retailer, please contact them directly, as they are legally and contractually responsible for complaints of all kinds.

If the returned items are found to be stained or damaged upon inspection, we regret that we cannot accept the return. In this case, no refund will be made.

It is therefore important that the returned items are in their original condition and unworn. In this way we can ensure that we offer only the highest quality products to all our customers.

The amount will be refunded to the same account that was used to make the original payment. This means that the amount will be refunded to the bank account or payment method you used to place your order.

After receiving and checking your return, it may take up to 7 working days for the money to be credited back to your account.

TONI SAILER - FROM TOP ATHLETE TO PREMIUM BRAND

The Austrian Toni Sailer was considered an exceptional talent of his time after winning three gold medals at the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina D'Ampezzo. The then 21-year-old had achieved all his sporting goals and became a legend. In addition to his sporting success, he also earned this title through his other passions - acting and singing.

Almost 50 years later, in 2004, the name Toni Sailer was reinterpreted by Hans Taubenberger's business idea. The result is an unmistakable premium brand for ski clothing that not only revives the name.
