THE PATH TO PERFECTION

Every piece in a Toni Sailer collection goes through a long and intensive process until it is ready for production, from the initial idea to testing and development. Toni Sailer takes just as much time in selecting the production facilities. The best functional materials and many years of expertise in processing are crucial. Partners in Europe and Asia transform raw materials into top-class performance models.

Over 80 percent of production takes place in sample rooms, where even the smallest quantities and limited editions of 60 pieces are produced by hand. A Toni Sailer jacket can take 1,000 minutes to produce. First-class workmanship and attention to detail make every item of clothing a high-tech model with a luxurious fashion statement.

Weather resistance and durability meet noticeable comfort. The material is made for changing conditions and stays comfortably close to the body.

THERMAL SHELL

Thermal insulation with minimal weight and high breathability. For warmth that is not bulky and feels light to wear.

Shiny Pearl Nylon

A sophisticated sheen with a luxurious finish. The surface appears refined without being loud and gives the look a clear depth.

JET MATERIAL

Elastic, close-fitting, easy to move in. The material adapts to the shape of the body and supports a fit that follows every movement.

INSIDE

Sophisticated features such as an inside pocket, a snow skirt and a collar with soft lining for maximum comfort.
